These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DBA Scrolls (the "Site"), operated by Lince Sebastian. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for personal, educational and informational purposes. You may read, print and share content for your own use. You agree not to:

You are responsible for the content you post. Comments must be relevant and respectful, and must not contain unsolicited promotional material, malicious code, or material you lack the right to share. I reserve the right to edit or remove comments that breach these Terms. By posting a comment, you grant a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display that comment on the Site.

4. No Professional Advice

The Site is a personal blog. Content is published in good faith for general information and education. It is not a substitute for professional advice, and no formal consultant-client, advisory, or employment relationship is created by your use of the Site or by any content published on it. Always consult your own qualified professionals and your organisation's policies before making production changes.

Database behaviour varies by version, edition, configuration and data — verify any script in a non-production environment first. The Site may be unavailable, or content may be changed, corrected, or removed without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including any damage caused by executing a script published here. You are solely responsible for testing and backing up your own systems before applying anything you find here.

The Site may link to third-party websites. I do not control and am not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
